With nearly 30 years of experience in software development and technology leadership, Serhan has driven digital transformation, built scalable platforms, and led high-performing teams across various industries. He focuses on delivering robust and efficient solutions to optimize business processes in the financial services sector.
Ralf Ferner

Ralf brings 25 years of experience in the financial industry, spanning asset management, asset servicing, investment management, private banking, FX trading, and operations. Most recently, he served as a member of country management and CEO of an asset management subsidiary at a major European banking group.
With over 20 years of experience in the Asset & Wealth Management industry across Europe, the UK, and Asia Pacific, Henning Swabey has a deep understanding of the evolving landscape.
